ABOUT ME

i am very lucky to have an amazing family and awesome friends back home in Texas. they hold a very special place in my heart...
so does traveling! venturing to new places, and making friends and memories from all over the world, is the most incredible opportunity and experience that a person can have.
i'm a very lighthearted person, who loves to talk and laugh...at myself, and with others :) i'm extremely outgoing...you gotta be if you're gonna be in the business of traveling!
i like be outside as much as possible, and to stay busy and active...i spend little to no time just sitting around. life is short, so love the one you got. i know that in mine, and in this world, I want to see and do as much as possible :)

PHILOSOPHY

three most important attributes, above all else in a person: an open-mind, a positive attitude and a great sense of humor...

appreciate any and every situation. even the ones that are bad or uncomfortable at the time...because when you reflect back on these unpleasant or awkward experiences...it's guaranteed that you'll either laugh at them, or learn from them.

as i travel, i notice my backpack and my bags may be getting heavier... but my heart and my spirit are getting lighter. i think pure happiness is worth the extra baggage fees at the airport :)

Interests

laughing, good conversation, practicing spanish, hanging out with friends, going out on the lake, the beach, cheese and fruit, sunny weather, water/snow skiing, being active and outside, the outdoors in general, exercising, games (cards, boardgames, ANYTHING)...i prefer my margaritas frozen
