About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Getting the heck out of Dodge.

ABOUT ME

I love what life has to offer. Getting to know people from all walks and what makes them tick.

I plan to do the best with my life that I can, it's a work in progress.

PHILOSOPHY

Be proactive. Have continual growth mentally, spiritually and emotionally until the day I die.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

More than likely, I will have a couch for surfers in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This site brings together a group of people I would like to know more.

Interests

Vast, too many for a form.

Like many in life, my struggle is with narrowing down an interest enough to do something great with it, while not flipping down the blinders to whatever else life offers in the periphery.

Music, Movies, and Books

So I'll recommend a few-
Books-Past Few Months:

The Pirate's Dilemma "Matt Mason"
A good look at the future of our generation. Talks about a lot of different trends and movements. It covers the many different paths of rap/hip-hop's future, the growth of a more open source society and big business becoming less viable as a result and he even covers game theory. An informative, smart, opinionated look at youth culture past, present and future.

Why They Just Can't Get Over It "Dr. Kenneth Skelton"
This book is a great look at the current state of racism in our country and it's self perpetuating nature, based on the past, permeating into the present in different forms. Skelton opened my eyes to the core reasons of racist tendencies found in many people. Dr. Skelton also talks about paradigm shifts necessary for every race to overcoming racism.

Time Management For Entrepreneurs "Dan Kennedy"
Good book by self promoting king Dan Kennedy. The book reads like an ad for another one of his books at times. However, it has some great time management skills that can help anyone learn to value and protect their time more.

BTW, I love reading.

Music- About anything that has substance.
