I have been a recipient of spontaneous hospitality in many places during my travels. I see CS as a way of giving back as well - albeit in a more structured manner.

From a travel perspective - I like historical places and natural sights.

I like touring on my bicycle. I have travelled significant parts of India this way. Some of my older touring stories can be found on my blog http://www.shreekumar.in/ .

Apart from that most of my time is spent fiddling around with computers or related activites. I hum music at times. I only used to watch highly recommended movies, but internet streaming is changing that I see.

I have umpteen hobbies - that's probably the best way to connect with me too. Mostly geeky hobbies - but some of them do border ln art. I am good with programming, computer graphics, 3d modelling and printing. DIY, electronics, carpentry. I am happy to share whatever I know and can even give you your first lesson on playing a harmonica (aka mouth organ) - i.e. the mandatory 'happy birthday to you' !!
