About Me

I am currently working as an architect and curious researcher in India. Throughout my academic years I have developed a keen interest in travelling and understanding new cultures all around the world. I love poking my nose around trying to learn new things and go on a new adventure whenever possible. I have been told I have a pretty calm and laid back personality, but backpacking in different places has helped me meet new perspectives and ways of life so every now and then I try to harness these alter egos.

I am a big time nature love and have the special talent to sit for long hours and appreciate the life passing by wherever I am. The power of nature and humanity has never ceased to surprise me, it encourages me to explore more and more.

I have many hobbies few of which are travel/portrait sketching, cubing, playing guitar, Bachata, hiking and many more. Idea is to live life to fullest and make new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I got to know about it during my exchange program in Vienna. They suggested it as a great way to meet new people and explore cities.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am really into classic rock, jazz, indie type music. I enjoy thriller documentaries or informative ones, basically anything based on real life. I enjoy travel guides and architecture based books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took part in the collaborative project to make school for the tribal community in North-east India during my third year of bachelors. It really affected my approach and sensitivity to design.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share some kick-ass Indian cuisines, accompanied by some epic travel stories from India and different parts of the world. I really want to break stereotypes about travelling in India and probably can help you with some custom itineraries for different parts of India.
