HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always looking to meet interesting people, and experience interesting cultures! While I'm surfing, I'm happy to be on my own, and potter around, explore the streets of the place I'm visiting. If my host is happy to show be around, that's a bonus! Likewise, when I'm hosting, I'll help you with everything you need - directions, local travel, - and will most definitely want to join you on one/more of the occasions that you are in my city! Since I am a freelancer, I have no control over my timings/schedules - some weekends I work, some weekdays I am free! It all depends on timing! That said, the most important thing is a laugh, and that's something I'll always be happy to share with you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

With the exception of one time, it's ALWAYS been excellent! This surfer was a freeloader, practically lived off us, refused to give me/my family any private time, and wanted to extend his stay indefinitely! That apart, I have also made some wonderful friendships (my two girls from Bordeaux, are fast friends until today!), and lasting memories. This is a great space, but lets not abuse it!

Well, there's the couch, of course. Which is well, a room to yourself. There's a kitchen, bathroom for your use. Then there are chat sessions over tea, the occasional Indian food, etc etc. :-)
