Hey, I'm Mikka and I'm 28 years old.

I was born and grew up in Yekaterinburg (Russia). I lived in Germany for 3 years during doing my master's degree in IT, and lived one year long in Italy. In 2020 I came back to Germany and now I live in Berlin.

I work as a software developer (but I’m not a classic nerd - maybe that’s a reason why I think that I’m not good enough in terms of coding). In my free time I play or watch football, run sometimes (I should do it more often), watch films (I think I’ve already saw more than 1000 - at least that’s a number which I’ve noted on IMBD) and try to broaden my horizons consuming tons of different information.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had been hosted when I had not a flat in Karlsruhe at the beginning of my "german life" and it was amazing. So I participate by surfing now!

Traveled almost 3,000 kilometers across Russia to see how my favorite football club won the first trophy over a long time :)
