Why I’m on Couchsurfing

want to explore more with experienced travellers and as i travel on budget i always welcome suggestion to save money and make the most out of a trip.
I don't have any references from my host coz I haven't used CS surfing much and those few hosts whom I stayed with have deactivated their accounts but we are still such good friends that I even stayed with them again without sending a CS request

So I came to know abt CS via an FB girls travel group and i made my account on CS casually, then I used it first time in 2018 in Athens when I found a Pakistani host (Unfortunately his account is no more activated but we are still friends via WhatsApp)
It was a great experience so I gave it another chance when I wasn't able to find any hostel in Trabzon Turkey on my backpack trip in 2022.
Third host I got in san francisco
Fourth in LA
5th in las vegas
6th in costa rica

I don't have any references and the stays are also not shown on my profile, dnt knw why coz i didnt use the app much so i never bothered to ask the hosts to write me any(to be honest) I never took it seriously.

I never hosted yet but I started hosting it in costa rica.
