ABOUT ME

I enjoy the simple things in life. I also find some of my best experiences were not planned so spontaneity is something I'm fond of. I used to volunteer actively with a local support group for Raleigh, and I hope to continue volunteering here in Oz.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to try everything at least once before I pass judgement and say 'no'. For that reason, I am probably the type to jump off a cliff with a parachute before deciding if I would enjoy it or not (I probably would though).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far, but am looking forward to it.

I definitely enjoy spending my time online, but I also enjoy food, camping, jungle trekking, music, and flea markets.

Studio Ghibli & Pixar films, Firefly and a lot of music, not an avid reader though(unless online articles count). Most of my media is portable and I'd be more than glad to bring it along.

Spent about 6 weeks living in remote areas of Sabah, Malaysia.
Spontaneous road trip which included a dip in the hot springs.

I enjoy volunteering a lot, so I do have quite a good grasp on tips of how to get started and build up networks. (Trying to apply my knowledge here in Australia, we can learn together!)
