ABOUT ME

I am recently-graduated, thrown-out-into-the-real-world-in-a-bad-economy job seeker. As jaded as that sounds, I am actually a very positive and friendly person, and I am very willing to learn new things and have new experiences. I live with two of my three boyfriends (the other lives in Switzerland)...just ask of that doesn't make sense to you. I am extremely open about myself, and will tell just about anyone just about anything, so ask!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've done a lot of couchsurfing, and I usually do that when I travel (It's much more interesting than a hotel.). I also host when I can...which is most of the time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed once in the U.S. (Chicago), have surfed many couches all over Europe, and have hosted a few people as well. All of these experiences were GREAT!

Interesses

I love meeting new people and making friends. People's stories are so fascinating.

I also like cycling, reading, cooking (though I'm not very good), mixing drinks, writing, traveling, and having cool conversations with interesting people.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Movies - "Shaun of the Dead", "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "Milk", the old/cheesy James Bond films

Music - mostly instrumental (Beethoven especially), but I'm still exploring music

Books - for some reason I just can't get into fiction, but I LOVE books on sociology, religion, and gender...yeah, I'm a geek...

I've been to over 30 of the 50 states in the USA by car...that is a LONG time to sit, but it was really cool!

I helped roll a bright, pink, IKEA couch on wheels through Zürich Central Station in order to have it in the 2009 EuroPride parade to represent Queer CouchSurfers...random, but fun!
