Ever since I started travelling during the short period of time I spent living and studying abroad, I was hooked. From then on, the wanderlust never ceased. I'm also really intrigued by strangers and stories from all over the world. I'm easygoing, relatively tolerant (except to overbearing males, please don't try arguing with me about gender politics), and I am absolutely in love and obsessed with art. Oh. and I love going dancing! and playing pingpong. These are two activities I rely on couchsurfing for. dancing and pingpong, aye!
for art, for passion, for honesty.

Music, Movies, and Books
http://www.last.fm/user/elefantfabrikk (my playlist!)
dystopian literature like george orwell, aldous huxley, or kurt vonnegut, anything by my beloved hedonist oscar wilde, surrealists like haruki murakami, banana yoshimoto, franz kafka, gabriel garcia marquez, jorge luis borges, my beautiful ladies jeanette winterson, margaret atwood, dreamer of the road jack kerouac, poets cyril wong, richard brautigan, richard siken, graphic novels by alan moore, neil gaiman, craig thompson and jeffrey brown (almost wanted to write him a love letter only to find out he's married. Indeed, you should always read the author blurb on book jacket sleeves.)
love stories in foreign languages, anything bright happy passionate dangerous tragic heartwrenching. and have a strange fascination with b-grade.
PS, if you LOVE 3-iron by Kim Ki Duk and the japanese post-rock band MONO, you are either my best friend or we should get married. (I am never wrong when I go by this rule).
