To make new friends, share good company, show my kids the world and introduce them to new people.

ABOUT ME

I am a creator of exquisite organic nourishment, and have been feeding many people for the past 20 years in various ways. I have two children, 4 and 6, son and daughter who are so precious to me. I like to eat very clean, and feed my kids only the best. I live in a rather tiny home I built in Appalachian wilderness, replete with delicious spring water.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to explore, discover, and create new solutions. Seeing the world and connecting with the people who inhabit it. Stimulating some neuroplasticity through traveling in foreign lands...I also am quite conscious of the consumeristic pursuits that we are encouraged to engage in, which I think can smother out some of the best, most heartfelt, and meaningful endeavors. Naturally, I like to create solutions, plants, foods, tools, skills, and new ways of doing things that are outside of the money-go-round.

I love reggae rhythms, and just about all other music from around the planet that isn't hard and jagged. I especially love live music.
Consciousness-expanding docs, and books related to food and healing are also in my repertoire of discovery and enjoyment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Thousands of miles of jaw-dropping crazy cliffside roads, on rented motorbikes, in several countries, with gear and packs, and still alive!

...and kidnapped in Iran for talking to a girl in public! With unconditional love, almost anything is possible, though, as I powerfully learned.

Teach, Learn, Share

The wonderful world of food can have extraordinary healing potential, if consciously administered. It is out of the "money-go-round", as it is unpatentable and readily available, so it isn't counting in the "game of life" or the "game of health care" we play. Yet our food has such enormous potential to alter our physiology for the better. Taking our health into our own hands can result in a life more enriching, less dependent, less fearful, and more satisfying.
