I am a lover of travel, food, culture, art and sport. I have a home based business, called That Cupcake Chick Zambia where I make and sell cakes and cupcakes. I am the co-founder of a performing arts company called the Afropolitan Theatre Company where I run performing arts programmes for people aged 10 and above and I am on the desperate prowl for economical adventure...ALWAYS!!!
