ABOUT ME

Describing myself is so difficult at times. But anyway,A French, Spanish, Portuguese, English and Swahili speaking Zimbabwean-born Tanzanian. What a mouthful! With all that and more to still add to the list, I'm one of the most open and accepting people I know. I am very friendly, love a laugh and a goood time out on the town. Love entertaining guests and meeting new people :) I have recently moved back to Tanzania after a stint in Istanbul where I worked as an English language teacher.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a number of people when I lived in Madrid. Now that I am in SHeffield, it is quite difficult to host because of my living situation. I am however able to hang out if you're up for it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far so good, I can't complain about my guests. Some are more open to explore than others but to each their own so it's cool to be a home body too. I can't say I have had any particularly bad experiences, it's been grand so far!!

Interests

I love love love food: eating it but mostly cooking it. I invent new things in the kitchen almost everyday or turn some classics into my own thing :). I do enjoy a lazy Sunday in with a bunch of movies and a nice glass of wine. I really enjoy dancing, I don't do it so much as a sport but anywhere I get the chance, I will probably be bopping to some kind of tune in my head (don't care if anyone's watching ;P)
Socializing is one of the biggest things I enjoy really. I am very approachable and have no problem striking up a conversation with anyone really. I always say that of course one can't be trusting of everyone but you never really know the opportunities you may have missed on just for not returning a glance or a smile.

Music, Movies, and Books

RIHANNA IS MY LIFE. That is all :) haha! I really can't put my taste in music to just one genre. My ipod goes from Dusty Springfield to BB King to Shirley Bassey to Britney Spears and so on and so forth. Music means something to everyone so I can't honestly say I dislike certain types.
