PHILOSOPHY

I have been a rebel all my life. In the childhood years, I felt like a misfit and that made me insecure but the teens brought out great self discoveries. Spirituality was always an interest but I never found the right guidance until I met Sadhguru (www.sadhguru.org)
I have been non-religious always and would never believe anything which was not in my experience. I intuitively felt that there was more to life than the physical drama of birth-eat-sleep-reproduce-die but only Inner Engineering (www.innerengineering.com) gave me a scientific way explore a dimension beyond the physical. So my philosophy is no philosophy. I just wish to enhance my perception more and more.

I am new to couchsurfing. Have never hosted or surfed before. My close friends have had some nice experiences and I am hopeful I will too.

I can provide information about Sadhguru and the Inner Engineering Program. About Isha Institute of Inner Sciences and advanced meditation programs offered there.
I am currently a full time volunteer at the Isha Yoga Center in India. This is a foundation set up with the mission to raise human consciousness. As a basic step it offers the Inner Engineering Program which teaches some simple tools and the powerful Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya to improve health and enhance inner well being. I have been associated with Isha for almost two years now and am also training to be a teacher for the Inner Engineering Program. More advanced courses like Shoonya, Bhava Spandana etc. are available. Isha Institute of Inner Sciences was set up near Nashville Tennessee to bring this inner science to the west.
