ABOUT ME

I graduated from the University of Arizona, with a major in Religious Studies and a minor in Italian Culture and also a minor in Anthropology. I love learning about other peoples cultures so much that I decided to study it, full time! I'm not quite sure what I plan on doing after college, I have some options, but as of right now I am just enjoying going with the flow. The only thing I know for sure is that I must be able to have frequent traveling experiences in my life with whatever I do! I'm a really easygoing person and I enjoy exploring my surroundings and meeting new and interesting people. I'm a little shy and awkward at first but once I warm up, I'm good to go!

PHILOSOPHY

I really just want to live life, have fun, do random crazy things every once and a while, and try never to have any regrets!

I have a couch and a roof over my head; and I am ready to share my couch with others!

I have yet to CouchSurf, as I have just found out about this, but I plan on doing so soon!

Interesses

I enjoy reading, watching TV (mostly my TiVo as I dislike having to sit through commercials!), going outside on a nice day, frequenting any kind of cultural fair in town, exploring my home state.

Movies: T2, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Frida, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, Saw, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Casablanca, and Funny Face, along with my ever growing collection of Christmas movies (it's my favorite holiday of the year!)

Music: Just like I will watch anything, I will also listen to anything! I enjoy Yo-Yo Ma's Cello Suites, Styx, OneRepublic, Jason Mraz, Rhianna, Jack Johnson, Tom Petty, Gomez, Death Cab, Bloc Party, etc. You name I probably own it and listen to it. Frequently!

Books: Pride & Prejudice, Les Miserables, To Kill A Mockingbird, Little Women, Like Water for Chocolate, Twilight Saga, Harry Poter . . . and the list goes on here, too!

In conclusion: I watch everything, listen to everything and read everything!

This may sound corny, but the most amazing thing I have ever seen was the Hoover Dam. Its HUGE! And AMAZING! It still boggles my mind how it was actually built!
