ABOUT ME

Curious to meet people in the places I visit, open minded, interested in things 'different', like to understand other ways of thinking, love trying local foodlike almost any form of 'art', especially contemporary, exhibitions/photography/theatre/dance/movie/fashion/concerts...love big cities but also a couple of days trekking in the mountainscreative and management background, from designer to line and people manager in ICT with an interest in responsible tourism

Teaching English in Iran, homestays in Turkmenistan, trekking in Kyrgyzstan, the home away from home B&B next to the Registan, Pamir highway & Wakhan corridor road trip, cattle market in Kashgar, a silk road full of ancient buddhist grottoes, China-Japan by boat, lovely trekking in the Burmese jungle, deserted Burmese beaches, temple hopping in South India, chilling on the Andaman islands, the buzz of Mumbai and Calcutta, the crowd jury in Bangladesh, the buddha trail, Mount Kailash kora at the time of Saga Dawa festival, the most stunning views in West-Tibet, monkey attacks on Emei Shan, impressive dino-expo in Inner-Mongolia, nadaam festival in UB and remote aimag, beautiful Olkhon island, Suzdal & Lviv,...
