About Me

It is the first time for me to leave Europe. I'm really looking forward to meet new people, see new cultures and get new inspirations.
Back in Berlin I used to work for a bank about two years. That became boring, I quit it and right now I am searching for something I could study.
I'm opend minded, easy to handle and a good person to hang out with. Besides I am clean and reliable.
In Berlin I used to smoke, drink and party a lot. I quit smoking a few weeks ago, right now I am trying to live a bit more healthy.
Nevertheless i'm a quiet and serious person in the end. I love books, music, good Films, funny stuff on youtube, coffee, good food and conversations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting new people is much better than sitting in a hotel room on your own.
I decided that I will start hosting people, when I am back home, though I am new on CS my first experiences were great.

Interests

Music, films, art, books, I tried yoga, I used to skate for a few years and want to start it again, hanging out with friends, hiking, traveling, going out, I'm really open to check out new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoyed the Films by Xavier Dolan (Mommy/Laurence Anyways...), stoner movies by j. Franco and Seth Rogen, wes Anderson, almost every film with michael cera, fightclub, in bruges, Place beyond the pines, rust and Bones, trainspotting, her, lost in translation, palo alto

I just read the books "Art of living" by E. Fromm and "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" by M. Kundera. Both are very good.

All in all I listen to a lot of Indie-and alternative Musik (Metronomy, MGMT, Bon Iver, m83). I also love electronic music like deephouse, elektropop, dreampop or tech-house (Nicolas Jaar, Caribou, Gesaffelstein, Solomun, Trendemoller...) But this is just a very small part, I really love music and listen to a lot more genres and artists.
