Overview
About Me
I'm a happy and outgoing person.
I just finished a semester at the university of New south Wales and now I'm traveling Australia with my boyfriend, Michael.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet new people and couch surfing is a perfect way of combining this with traveling inexpensively. When I return to Denmark and find a place to stay in Copenhagen, I would like to start hosting couchsurfers.
I haven't done it before but I know people who have and I only heard positive references about it. It sounds like a really fun and interesting way of meeting people all around the world, and seeing places with the help of an "insider".
As a host, I hope it will also help me to be "a tourist in my own country", and learn even more about my city and country.
Interests
Climbing - I just found out I absolutely love climbing and bouldering while I was at the UNSW.
Skiing- I have been skiing since I was very young with my family in France.
Water sports - I have been doing some wind surfing in Denmark for a couple of years. Also kayaking. I have tried wake boarding, water skiing and kite surfing.
Gymnastics.
outdoor sports in general - I love being outdoors.
Hiking - see above :)
being with friends and enjoying a tasty beer. Sometimes I just feel like sitting at home and watching a movie.
I also really enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, especially with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
Fav music - rock and electro swing. I pretty much like everything, just not too heavy.
Favorite movies - I'm a sucker for animated movies, Disney pixar, DreamWorks and the like. I recently saw inside out in the cinema which was an emotional rollercoaster.
Favorite books - I recently read "the book thief" which I thoroughly enjoyed. Other than that I like some books by Danish authors which you might not know.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Jumping in the sea one winter, right after the first snow had fallen. It was with a group of physics students who had brought a small bon fire, coffee and a bottle strong alcohol. Before jumping in the water, we had warm-up together, bare feet and some completely naked, jumping up and down on the jetty.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm pretty good at bikes (in my own opinion) so if you need to tighten the brakes, fix a puncture or switch a tube or tyre, I will be happy to help! I can also teach you to do a handstand or juggle with 3 balls, also a couple of juggling tricks.
I'm always keen to learn a couple of phrases in foreign languages (even though I'm pretty bad at remembering them). In addition, I'd really like to learn some riddles and games for entertainment during long trips.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A home cooked meal, a cake and a nice evening (maybe some company on a bar nearby?).
