Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always liked meeting new people, especially from other cultures, and since I'm going to the wonderous country of kiwis, mountains and outdoor sports (Yes, NZ) with my boyfriend this february, we thought couchsurfing was the perfect way learning to know the locals.

Interests

I love martial arts. I have practiced Goju Ryu and Shotokan for some years by now and I find the philosophy behind martial arts very true and inspiring.

I like running, climbing, wind-surfing (even though i'm not so good at it), cooking, reading, writing, painting and travelling of course.

I am also Italian-holic, how could one not be with their food, wine, climate, history and culture. Especially Florence (Tuscany) and its inhabitants, are rooted in my heart. <3

I do like books, and some of my favorite authors are Haruki Murakami, Jack London, Dan Brown, Charlotte and Emily Brontë , Jane Austen, Paolo Coehlo, Khaled Hosseini and Margeret Mitchell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once hiked a mountain (Oyama, 大山) in Japan with my boyfriend Cristian.

We amazingly made it down without breaking anything or meeting any of the wild boars living there
