We are Sigi, 28, from Yorkshire, England and Fabi, 25 from Lower Saxony, Germany

Over the last 4 year we have toured Europe, Australia and Germany and New Zealand. Surprisingly we’ve never used couch surfing before now. All our traveller friends talk about it and it's time to jump on board.

We will be in Australia from April 2nd 2019 for 1 year and looking to experience the 'real' Ozzy lifestyle by using couch surfing to meet with people who can show us exactly that :)

Before we decided to commit to travelling we were working in jobs weren’t happy in. Like many, we felt like something was missing and really wanted to see the world. So we quit our jobs and are slowly making our travel dreams come true.

We will be arriving in Australia from Auckland after spending 9 months travelling New Zealand. During our last 2 months we stayed with a local in her home and we absolutely loved living the real kiwi lifestyle.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Living with and around locals is the only way to experience what life is truly like in that country.

Sigi: I could definitely teach some art for all ages and levels.

I'd love to learn more about about sports & how to play an instrument. I'd also like to learn German fluently. I'm always interested in how to live a healthier lifestyle.
