Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Some friends of me are couchsurfers and participate many meetings. When I started working in a funpark in 2009 (alreay :-) OMG!), I needed some places to stay and this way I started looking here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For my very first experience I stayed in a beautiful house in De Panne in Belgium with 2 kind hosts!
And the most kicking expierence was when I took a hitchhiker on the way to my home. He was traveling already for a month and was that time in Belguim. We talked and lauched in the car and as he said he had not found a place to stay yet, I offered him my appartement to stay. In the evening I showed him arround so he got to know the highlights of Antwerp. We had a great dinner together. Sadly he had to leave already the next morning. I hope to have such a wonderful experience again.
I also stayed in Ostend, for the yearly beach event, which you should really attend to....

Interests

Reading books, when I have the time.
Swimming, biking, go to a party and have a drink.
Although not so often as I wish: I love to travel.
