I was abused physically when I was a child and somewhat bullied because I was "different". I grew up with a lot of bitterness and confusion because of the abuse and homosexual attraction. I became addicted to pornography, masturbation, gaming, etc. In the end, I embraced the gay identity and also became an atheist. I was really lost when I was living as a homosexual, thinking that was the thing to do because I tried to change but I couldn't. Funny, no matter what I did, I was never really satisfied... until God came and just changed everything.

One 'ordinary' day I started thinking about my life and its meaning. God just spoke to me and made me realize that the path I was going was the path to destruction and all He ever wanted me to do was to leave that path and to follow Him. I couldn't believe how loving God is, He was not condemning me even though I have done abominations in His eyes... but I still couldn't let go of my old life because I loved it... then God just said something so simple and yet so powerful: ONLY FOOLS REJECT MY PERFECT LOVE. After hearing that, I just decided to leave everything behind and follow God because I didn't want to be a fool. I accepted His love in exchange to my old life and everything just changed. I guess whatever I was searching among men, I found that in Jesus, He satisfies me, and so, I don't really need to do what I used to. I just want to commit my life to Jesus now... granted it's not always easy but God is there with me. I don't identify as gay anymore. I'm just a man created in God's image. I'm not interested in men anymore, except for friendship.

I'm pretty open minded I suppose... Disagreement is not something I fear nor avoid. I know we can still get along with people who disagree with us. I like to talk about all sort of things and I like to see things objectively.
