I'm also known as the Inner Hippie - a backpacker, travel blogger, international bestselling author and book publisher. My life's mission is to encourage women to stand in their own power, take up their rightful positions in society and live the life of their dreams, on their own terms.

Drawing on my colourful past as an energy healer, Rock’n’Roll bass player, corporate employee, and freelance financial translator, I created Inner Hippie Books, a platform and virtual fireside that gives free-spirited women a voice and the opportunity to share their stories with the world, thus initiating societal change at a grassroots level.

I live in the UK with my wonderful husband and rescue dog and split my time between my cosy home by the coast in North East England, extensive travels, and my beautiful country cottage in Bulgaria where I am planning to run retreats.

I love travelling and meeting people from different cultures, expanding my horizon and immersing myself in the customs of other places. I want to explore the world off the beaten tourist paths and see life through the locals' eyes. Couchsurfing is a beautiful way of doing that. I have made some wonderful friends already and am looking forward to meeting many more.

My favourite music to listen to and play in my band is 60s, 70s and 80s, Rock'n'Roll, Blues, Rhythm'n'Blues, Country and Americana.

I love action movies, SciFi, fantasy and thrillers and anything in between. I go to the movies whenever I can.

My all-time favourite book is the Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley. My most recent reading obsession is the 4-book Boudica series by Manda Scott. I love anything written by Stephen King and am a general sucker for historical fiction.

I am a book publisher, writing coach, energy healer and bass player. I can teach about all of these topics. I want to learn about other cultures and how people live in places outside of Europe. I am happy to share my experiences, knowledge and memories with others in an exchange that celebrates our beautiful cultural differences. As a passionate advocate of Mother Earth, I can assist with gentle practices to reconnect with this beautiful planet.

I will happily share my travel experiences, and knowledge about books and writing and also give soothing Reiki treatments. I love sharing the Universal Life Force with others! And if there's a drum in the house, I'm always up for some chanting and singing! But I'm just as ok with a quiet night watching a movie or talking!
