ABOUT ME

Like most of the people here I love traveling. Since I studied African studies my focus has been pretty much on Africa where I traveled a lot and to where I will always go back. But the world is big and there is so much more too see!

I have a handful of friends which are very important to me, also I am a family person.

I love good food, one big reason why I enjoy Berlin so much.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. Once thing I learned from traveling is that there are millions of ways to live your life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While living in a shared flat we hosted a lot of people. I also used CS to get to know other people while I was traveling, but mostly used somebody elses account.

Interests

Of course traveling, especially in Africa. I also love books, nature, hiking and having coffee and cake in the afternoon with friends or family. I love movies and series. Sport, especially Yoga is very important to me. I practise three times a week and it helps me to connect with myself.

Best book I have read in the last months: Damon Galgut from South Africa: In a strange room.
It's also about traveling. Really touched me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One great thing I have seen was Angkor Wat in Kambodia. Amazing place!
I also loved Mali. The Niger river and the Dogon land are so beautiful.
