ABOUT ME

I'm a big foodies so I like exploring other cultures through their culinary history. I'm afraid I havent developed an appreciation for old buildings/ruins but they ARE nice to look at (and perhaps one day I'll be able to appreciate them better). I also like getting to know people and getting their perspectives on where they live, or come from and how they grew up. I also like listening to other's opinions about absolutely everything (philosophy, politics, if gnocci counts as pasta...) heh

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently Im still figuring this out. I have no experience with couchsurfing whatsoever and I hope to just jump into it and see if I come out alive. hehe. well I hope I come out alive. If you're ever in the area I love going out to have coffee or drinks or dinner at a restaurant (its part of my London lifestyle) and when I feel right about things perhaps I can move on to hosting somebody and getting to know the travellers that are crossing my paths.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked for 4 days round the Midlands after college with a few friends, it completely converted me into a walker/hiker whatever you name it. And my recent travels to Athens made me realise that I might just be apt for travelling solo (as I like to follow my own schedule when I can). Not too amazing but hopefully theres more to come.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well I grew up learning how to cook asian food from my amazingly talented mother. Im now progressing to learning the French Culinary Techniques. I'd be happy to excahnge perspectives in cooking as Im always developing and there's always something you can learn when it comes to tastes and preferences.
