I want to see the world! Everything has its own beauty and it is important for me to experience all the beauty the world has to offer.

ABOUT ME

I just graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Religious Studies. I am a very easy going person and I really do not like to let things get me down. I enjoy learning, story telling, intellectual conversations and experiencing new and/or unique things. I am quite eclectic giving me a wide variety of interests including; rock climbing, bouldering, hiking, running, beer, wine, food, clubs and bars and pubs. I am a very loving person and I feel like everything in the world is, in some way, part of me, and as such, I feel that I should always be kind and respectful to all things as if it were myself.

PHILOSOPHY

Learn from your past experiences but disregard the negative emotions they may have caused.

Live every moment as if it were your last, preparing for the best and expecting the worst.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I currently live with my parents because I was in school, however, now that I am a graduate, I plan on moving into a place of my own. Upon returning from my travels, I would love to invite others to spend time on my couch.

Interests

I find most things enjoyable. I like amateur photography, computers (Apple mainly), hiking, running, wine, beer, experiencing new foods and tattoos. I love to learn. The pursuit of knowledge is a major driving factor in my life. So if there is something I do not know, I would love to learn about it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy watching anything with magic, mystery, supernatural or fantasy.

When it comes to reading however, I really like factual books about philosophy, religion, or the sciences

As for music, I listen to most everything from Rap/Hip Hop to Metal, from Country to Classical, and from English to French. I am sure I can find at least one band or group that we both will like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once traveled to 22 states in a single summer! My mother, brother and I drove to Indiana from New Mexico for our family reunion/grandmother's birthday and we thought it would be more fun to drive and take detours then it would be to fly.

Teach, Learn, Share

This is a very difficult area for me to write in... I really like to learn so I probably know a little bit about most things. I have traveled to 22 of the 50 States in the U.S.A, so I have an understanding of the diversity of the country I call home. As for something I would love to learn, I would like to learn about how others live in other parts of the world. Share your unique experiences with me and help me see the world as you see it. Everyday is a chance to learn something new, and I am willing to soak it all in!
