I'm Silvana, recently moved to beautiful Lugano in the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland. After many incredible years traveling and living in Latin America, I felt the call to ground myself again - create roots, build a joyful, vibrant, and meaningful life here by the lake and mountains.

I've been on a deep emotional transformational journey lately, learning every day how to become the very best version of myself. It's exciting (and sometimes intense!), but it feels right. Couchsurfing has always been about genuine connections for me, and that's what I'm drawn to now more than ever.

Hosting: I'll eventually open my home again, but only when it's truly rewarding and a win-win for both sides. I value real effort and mutual respect—if you're reaching out, please show you've read my profile, put thought into your message, and share a bit about yourself and why we might click. Vague or copy-paste requests won't get a response (I've learned to protect my energy!). When it feels aligned, I love sharing good conversations, local tips for Ticino adventures, maybe a home-cooked meal, or dancing the night away.

About me beyond hosting: I'm super active and love movement, especially Salsa and Bachata (let's dance if you're into it!) And I'm a true water child: swimming, lakes, rivers, the sea - anything involving water makes me feel most alive and at peace. You'll often find me in or near Lake Lugano, hiking nearby trails, or just soaking up the sun and vibes here.
