Hi everyone, I'm Silvia and I'm super excited to have found this community! I recently quit my job to make more time for myself and to travel the world. I have two degrees, one of which is in psychology, so I worked for several years in a psychiatric environment and this refined my sensitivity towards others and respect towards the battles that everyone fights 🙏. I have held meditation retreats, I like to practice silence and train in awareness of the here and now. I play guitar and piano, for me they are like a massage for the mind💆‍♀️. I love dancing any type of music, I have a passion for animals and I like to try different sports. I don't like to talk much, I'm quite silent.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not a movie lover but I read a lot of books when I was a teen. Now my life is more musical and I mainly listen to Italian Indie artists but I still appreciate metal music too! I went to Papa Roach, My Chemical Romance and Avenged Sevenfold concerts. I would have loved to see Bring me the Horizon at least once but unfortunately I never had the opportunity.
