Hi, I'm Silvia, a Mexican woman. I was born and raised in the state of Veracruz with my parents and grandparents. I recently finished the university degree and Istudied an engineering in business management.

I worked at a restaurant where I learned to prepare Hawaiian, Asian and Mexican dishes and sauces, as well as frappes and fresh waters.

I took an English course and I finished it in 2023, after that I did my First Volunteering in Canada for 2 months
with Workaway, where I was able to improve a little my english. I also learned about the maintenance of a garden, the care and harvesting of vegetables and fruits. I like to be detailed in everything, I´m interested in learning something that you are very good at and can share it with me, I´m very patient and helpful with people, I like to share experiences, adventures and various activities that we can do together or with more people.

Hola, soy Silvia, una chica mexicana. Nací y crecí en el estado de Veracruz con mis padres y abuelos. Recientemente terminé la carrera universitaria, estudié ingeniería en gestión empresarial.

Tomé un curso de inglés y lo terminé en 2023. Después, realicé mi primer voluntariado en Canadá durante dos meses
con Workaway, en donde pude mejorar un poco mi inglés, ya que tuve la experiencia de compartir conversaciones con nativos. También aprendí sobre el mantenimiento de un huerto, el cuidado y la cosecha de verduras y frutas. Soy muy paciente y servicial con la gente; me gusta compartir experiencias, aventuras y diversas actividades que podamos hacer juntos o con más personas. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and meeting new people. I would like to connect with people local or travelers from other countries and learn about other cultures and languages.

Después de mi primer viaje fuera de México, en donde tuve la oportunidad de conocer a mucha gente maravillosa y aprender sobre otras culturas. Entendí que lo más bonito es vivir y disfrutar al máximo nuestra vida.

Estoy en CS porque quiero continuar viajando a otras partes del mundo (dentro de la republica o fuera de méxico). Me gustaría conocer a gente nueva, conectar con gente local o viajeros que se encuentren por la zona y compartir experiencias, aprender sobre su cultura, tradiciones o gustos musicales, así mismo compartir un poco de mi.

Having traveled outside of Mexico for the first time, I realized how incredible life is, so I´m trying to enjoy it and have memories for a lifetime.

I can teach: Mexican food, to prepare some desserts, folding clothes (I've been told that I fold clothes very well).
Learn: I want to learn about your culture and visit amazing places.
