Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I first 'surfed' before I was on this website...ending up on someones couch one of the first times I travelled and went home-staying in Russia in 2001 at the sprightly age of 15.

A few years ago I went across Russia again and made use of this site, staying with a few folk in Moscow. I then got into hosting a when I lived on a mobile narrowboat in London.

I love connecting with new people and still travel a lot. I also now have enough space to host again (albeit no longer on a boat!)

Love a good adventure biography and I like films that either make me think - like City of God and Good Will Hunting... or make me laugh.. like Spiderman into the spider verse or the disaster artist! Or independant films that are based on true stories...

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Went round the world when I was 15. Flown a plane. Been chased by a moose. Stayed in a closed city. Worked in Parliament. Worked in Buckingham palace. Changed the law (3 times). Lived in the Czech Republic and the USA. Designed a house. Published a poem.
