My old mission was to quit my job and bike across Asia and into Europe... my current mission is to finish said bike trip

ABOUT ME

I'm on a mission to find the awesome parts, places, people, music and stories of the world. Starting in Singapore I'm going to bike with a few friends (hopefully) up through South East Asia into China, through "The Stans," across the Caspian by boat and on to Europe. I hope.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted countless people at my place in Shanghai, China. Most of the people I met were really amazing and had great stories to tell and an interesting perspective on life. I hope to continue this experience from the surfing perspective instead of the host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of my hosting experience involved dinners, walks and a few nights out. My best couchsurfing experience was in New Zealand where I stayed with a very gracious couple who taught me about farming.

Intereses

Before moving to China I spent a lot of my time rock climbing. Since I moved to Shanghai I have spent my time trying to learn Mandarin, playing soccer, biking and planning this epic trip.
