My name is Simon and I am currently studying in Santiago de Chile for twelve months, attempting to do as much traveling as possible while not missing classes. I study Political Science with a focus on politics in Latin America. I am new to Couchsurfing and hope that my lack of references is made up for by this brief acknowledgement thereof.

As comes with being a student, traveling must always be done on a budget. Couchsurfing provides that opportunity as well as the opportunity to find oneself in a comfortable situation to share experiences and conversations with a host.

I ride bicycles, but prefer them to be on flatland. I follow US presidential elections more than is healthy and/or entertaining. I read. I chit-chat.
