ABOUT ME

Hey there,

I'm Simon, currently 26 years old and living in the beautiful city of Cologne, Germany. I am studying math and Dutch to become a teacher one day and as such I have to be very open-minded to new ideas and views and have fun communicating with other people to have a nice and fun but also enriching time together. Furthermore, I would say that I'm quite modest and always try to be happy with what I have and make the best out of every situation. But if I really can change things for the better, I sure will.
My interest range from languages, math and science in general to skateboarding, music, good food and good beer.
Yeah, that's pretty much who I am in a nutshell, I guess but of course there is more to me than just that, so if you wanna know what that is and maybe even wanna make me discover new things I didn't know about me...I am always open for new experiences!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first Couchsurfing experiences in fall 2012 when I was riding my bike from Hamburg to Stockholm with two friends of mine. We were staying in Hamburg and with two people in Stockholm and all of them were really good hosts and I was totally impressed by how friendly and forthcoming they were to us. So I the first impression was just great!
Since then I couchsurfed a few times more and my experiences were just as great as the first time, with locals making me feel totally at home and welcome, showing me around, chatting about anything and everthing.

Intereses

I love to just hang out with people talk about everything that is going on in the world, maybe drink a beer or two, cracking jokes, play games and just have a good time. In my free time I always like to get to know more about the world, about countries, people, recent news and what have you. And when I'm not doing that I'm most likely listing to some good music or out rolling along the streets with my skateboard.

Música, películas y libros

blink-182 is my favorite band by far, but generally I enjoy all kinds of music ranging from punk-rock to hiphop to electro to pop...
As for movies I am a big Tarantino fan...just gotta love his movies! And ever since i was a child I love the most funny duo in movie history...Bud Spencer and Terence Hill :D
