About Me

Heey lovely people 🙋🏼‍♂️

Let’s have a chat about philosophical, spiritual or societal topics! I’m looking to exchange experiences and perspectives, let’s connect by heart and have a lasting conversation with gravity.

Direct and honest, I often just follow my intuition, I’m spontaneous and id say easy-going, open-minded and interested in basically anything people tell with the passion of their hearts!

I will treat you as I would like to be treated, serve with respect, lots of love and kindness 🫶❣️

I like to do yoga, meditate, or play a nice game of chess. I do play guitar and Cajon but mainly on situational basis. I also like to sing when there’s time. I recently discover fire flow art with my contact / spinning stuff 🔥

Im kinda new to Cs -- I love its concept soo much!

Feel free to text me!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is love!

Blues, Soul n Rock, Minimal-Techno, Hip-Hop und Drum`n Base, Reggae, Ska and classical music ~ a broad music taste based on my mood :)

My favorite book is "call me by your name" by André Aciman! An Italian, sensitive and thrilling lovestory between Elio and Oliver. It's about discovering homosexuality with a gap of age in between the protagonists.
Very recommendable ~ also the movie. Really really good soundtracks as well.

Also good ones: all books from Hermann Hesse and Paulo Coelho, alte Sorten by Ewald Arenz, Dem Mut ist keine Gefahr gewachsen by Rüdiger Nehberg and ofc Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo Bikepacking trip in italy🚵‍♂️🥵🌞

Teach, Learn, Share

Improvement is a never-ending story. Accept yourself as you are. Love yourself regardless of your success.

Expanding consciousness is the natural development of mankind -> meditation is not only art, it’s our reconnection to the roots.

It's not easy to live easy

Life is a never-ending learning experience.

We are capable of so much more than we think in the first place.
