Simon: work in a division of a U.S instrument company.
Jewel: online sales.
We like hiking and travelling. We got lots of friends and interesting trip stories then. We enjoy the feelings on trip. I am a part-time photographer and love to shoot.

We have a 10 years old kid Eason. He likes sports such as basketball and he plays piano and saxophone as his interests. We hope to have new friends and have unknown trips with Eason together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I read a post on web, a couple of Chinese drive from Shanghai to London, though middle east and east euro. They use this website to get many nice local friends on their trip. We like this way a lot and decide to try. Both for surf and host.

The world is not perfect. But I prefer to do a tiny favor to give this world a little bit more kindness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing:
We hope to have more surfing experience to know other nice guys in travelling. Till now, all the CS experiences are fantastic!
Now, our kid Eason is 10 yrs old. We hope he could understand the spirit of couchsurfing and enjoy the time with our host too!

Host:
When we stay home, we hope to host surfers and share a good time with them. And we could have a pause from our work and discover our city from a different way.

Interests

Generally, my life is smooth. I am a calm guy. But I am talkative with my friends.. I usually spend my time on taking photos, hiking, and travelling. I like sports. football is my favorite. Jewel is good at seeking food and making cookies. She is lit bit shy but very nice to friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Both of us like Movies and TV shows, such as Breaking Bad and Game of Throne.
We like the cultural and historical things and they are also the key factor when we are choosing the spots in travelling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in the Tibetan area, In a tibetan temple, see the monks drawing a 3D picture with colorful sand, which is amazing! You can find this picture in my album.
