About Me

I'm a single dad very proud of his 10 years son. I'm a Citizen. I'm curious.

When I was at university, I was involved in associative radio. I enjoyed a one-month stay in Benin with the NGO at my university. I also spent four surprising months in India. These two trips in particular allowed me to meet locals in their daily lives and today, I wish to find this experience on a more... closest scale.

Would aslo like to discover the world but not necessary so far. I'm sure you can learn me a lot about your city, your culture, your tastes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

discovering people off course. But also traveling without moving :-). Training my poor English... (sorry for all the mistakes). Or my good french.

explain and show how my small city (and area) is beautiful. People so kind.

Interests

my son, vegetables and all so tasty products from my region, landscapes, heritage cities and town, bike rides, red wine, public transportation (hum, not funny - my job & passion ;-) ), cities planning and development, chocolate, walking in a misty forest ...

Music, Movies, and Books

Gorillaz, Archive, Depeche Mode, Massive Attack, Algiers, Blackstrobe, Flavien Berger, Chet Faker, Telepopmusik, Algiers, Feu Chatterton, ... That dépends on my mood.
Comics : a lot of belgian authors

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm afraid to be quite ordinary. When I'll find something awesome I could have done, I'll tell you.

oh yes, I konw : I didn't check my mails during 24 hours.

Teach, Learn, Share

teach "old Lego" to my son - learn creativity from him - share good moments together

What I Can Share with Hosts

my almost sense of (belgian ?) humour, maybe (belgian) chocolate except during heat wave - not so tasty, tips and -if I have time- terrific safari through the jungle region (Wallonia is actually full of dangerous animals like cats, ducks, butterflies and -the worst of the worst- some human beings).

And if you want me to explain you how Belgium works, I can try. Host me for one month at least.

Countries I’ve Visited

Benin, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, India, Italy, Sweden

Countries I’ve Lived In

India
