I am an English Teacher and I recently moved back to my home in Sardinia after four years in London and previously in Ireland and Austria.
I also work as a freelance translator and travel blogger for a big travel company and I love travelling, meeting new people from all over the world and exploring and describing new places.

I'll be travelling in Brasil for one month in August and I'd like to meet someone who can show me around there, maybe some unusual or off the beaten tracks places. I'd like to live Brasil as Brazilians do and get closer to their culture and habits. This is what I usually do when I visit a new country.

I'm also willing to do the same in Sardinia with whoever wants to visit our beautiful island.

I love rock, pop, some indie and a bit of commercial music. REM is my favorite group, although they are not playing anymore. I like historical movies, thrillers and some comedies as well. I read a lot of thrillers and my favorite writers are the so-called "Scandinavian writers" as Larsson, Lackbeck and Jo Nesbo. As an English Teacher I love all the English literature, from classical to modern writers; other favorites are the South American writers as Sepulveda and Garcia Marquez.

I have been a tourist guide in Sardinia in the past, I know the island very well as I've also practiced trekking and speleology for many years. I have a passion for my home place therefore in will try to transfer it to whoever is visiting me.
