ABOUT ME

For someone I'm a sunny person, for other I'm crepuscular. I think I 'm a little bit introverted, so sometimes I seem really shy in front of new situation.

I am a quiet person who observes and thinks about things before speaking. I like to meet people with an open mind, with the same attitude.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that everything that comes up to us is what we need to be a new person.
Everything that seems a stop for our life, it may be only a new way to see what we can do.
It is possible.

Interests

I like my work very much: I'm a Feldenkrais practitioner and psychologist.
I like using herbal treatment to care.
I like listening music choosen by other, because I can discover new sounds.
I like walking between trees and having the time to quiet my feeling and hear the music of the Nature.
I like my garden, because it's a very little corner of that Nature all for me and there I can find me again every day, in the green, in the bird, in the stone, in the water.

I like cats over all. But I think that every living being has a soul and therefore deserves respect. Or..yeh...I try to live so. ;) ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The day when I sing with the wind over a mountain. (i don't know if in english sounds so good like in my mind ;) )

The first time that someone said me "Oh yes.. I think that Feldenkrais is working. I'm feeling better. Thank you." The first time and all the other. Thank to you, everybody.
