About Me

ABOUT ME

🎶 Music is my passion and my job. I play jazz, swing, gypsy music (in a Gypsy Balkan band named Draba Orkestar ) but also ambient, electronics, classical and Early music. I play guitar, violin and ethnic /ancient stringed instruments. I play for private events, music clubs and festivals but what I love the most is to play in the street!!! Street is an amazing, unfiltered stage on which you can live the most authentic experiences ! I have a license to busk in the village of San Gimignano so i m often there for playing music (if you pass from there let me know!) I ve played in the biggest busker festival in Europe (Linz, Avignon, Ferrara, Braunschweig ecc), at F1 gran prix in Bahrain and I won a first prize at Pelago busking festival in 2007. I lived 7 years in a camper van going around Europe playing for festival and busking.

🚴‍♀️I looove nature too much!!! hiking, mountain-bike, especially enduro and downhill, climbing. I can borrow you a bike and bring you on the best trails around Florence, I can teach you also some basic mtb skills

🏍️ I love old motorbikes !!! I have two Cagiva from 70/‘80. It would be a pleasure to bring you on a motorbike tour around Florence!

🎓i’m graduated in Philosophy (Logic and Philosophy of Science), and sometimes I teach in school too.

HOST: I will host you in my music studio that’s just 100m from Ponte Vecchio. We call it “Gulag”and it’s our band’s operative base for busking in the center of Florence (read home section carefully)

GUEST: Usually I travel by bike, wild camping with just an hammock, but recently I tried combining my two passions (busking and biking) traveling with an e-bike, bringing instruments and amplifier…sooo I need electricity plugs to recharge and it’s mandatory to accommodate my bike indoor. I would have sleeping bag, mattress and my tent so I would need just a piece of floor or a garden.
As a guest I would adapt easily to your timetable, I could cook some awesome Italian food and I’ll be glad to hang out and discover new places with you!
