I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. I'm a very open minded, optimistic and down to earth kind of person. I love to travel and to meet new people. I think you can find happiness by sitting with a long time friend for a drink and a conversation, or by doing the same with someone you just met. I consider myself kind and patient. I also love to dance and simply, have fun.

My goal is to learn something from everybody I meet, and I try to keep my mind open to understand the differences and more importantly, what makes us similar and what connects us regardless of our past, our culture or our background.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I think it is a great tool to enrich every trip. From hosting people, to crashing at their houses or just to meet for a coffee and get an idea of the city, I'm sure using this site will help me in getting to know tons of people, growing and simply having fun.

Interests

Politics, sports, philosophy, engineering, life. Talking about any passionate subject or even listening if I know nothing about it. I think what makes us humans is our ability to think and feel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kind of music, but I do have a predilection for 60's and 70's rock.

I am very bad at remembering names and authors, but I can say that my favourite songs are: Hakuna Matata (Lion king), Have you ever seen the rain (Creedence Clearwater Revival), Home Sweet Home (Motley Crue) Winds of Change (Scorpion). I also love salsa music, merengue, reggea, etc.

My favourite movie is Forrest Gump. I love Sci-Fi books, like Isaac Asimov (Foundation) or Frank Herbert (Dune), although I enjoy any Sci-Fi story. My favourite book is the Old man and the sea, from Hemingway.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I biked on the summer of 2014 from Sweden (Lund) to Belgium (Ieper) with a friend. It was a great experience, and I am now looking for my next adventure!
