About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Life long learning, to meet good people & enjoy life.

ABOUT ME

I these days host quite a few couch surfers and I find the experience very fulfilling and enjoyable. Meeting people from all over the world and learning about different people and cultures is deadly + I love sharing stories and making new experiences.

I'm into all sorts. I like the outdoors, and actives like mountain biking, road cycling, and hiking around where I live in the Wicklow hills. I grew up on a farm. I also love snow holidays for snow boarding and skiing.

I'm really into music and love to go to a good music festival and have the craic. I'm also into charity shops where I get alot of clothes, music and films.

I like yoga and am open to reiki and similar things.

I work as tree surgeon and landscaper and my current mission is life long learning.

PHILOSOPHY

We're all just hanging about so we might as well enjoy ourselves when we get the chance

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting and also staying with hosts when the opportunity arises.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted lots of people in the past and hope to travel the world using couch surfing from time to time along the way one day.

Interests

I used to race down hill mountain bikes and I'm into competing in enduro mountain bike races these days (for the fun of it). Road cycling for the scenery and the exercises benefits. I appreciate tractors and similar large machinery having grown up on a farm. Trees are my lively hood as I climb them to "fix them" for my job. I drink lots of cups of tea being Irish! Swimming in the sea or a lake make me feel alive especially after work or a cycle. I like indoor climbing, hill walking and the usual other outdoor activities. Love snow holidays for snow boarding. Love football and many sports played for the craic not competitivly. Films, books, music, whiskey blah blah blah

My fave books are adventure stories like Pappion, Banco
There are so many good movies I love all the classics every so often like star wars or pulp fiction and comedy classics like dumb and dumber.
