ABOUT ME

I think my friends would say that I'm an eccentric fellow who is very social and outgoing, loves his friends, people and life in general and lives by the motto, there are no strangers, only friends who have never met. Likes debauchery in a well managed way and wants to make the world a far better place than it is now, and is annoyingly optimistic when it comes to the chance of success in this matter.

I love politics in a super nerdy but yet sexy way. Philosophizing with intelligent people may be the most awesome activity I can think of that doesnt involve taking your clothes off. I am a huge fan of science, especially regarding the science of the future, like 3D printing and cool sustainable energy projects. I love music and playing the guitar. I also watch a lot of TEDtalks.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Too much to mention really but I am a huge fan of anything Hayao Miyazaki has ever made, Tarantino and Christopher Nolan are close seconds.

Music wise I like pretty much everything from Classical to modern folk.

Lord of the rings, 1984, Hitchhikers Guide, ahh there are so many books and so little time.. :'(

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Maybe one of the most amazing sights I've witnessed was when I was in New Zeeland for new years 2012 at a festival called Rhythm and Vines and was among the tens of people to see the absolute first sunrise of the year as the area where the festival was held is the first place on earth to get the new sun of the year. It was spectacular, the sun rose from between two mountain tops in a perfect golden hue, the clouds were scarce enough not to block the sun, but plenty enough to be touched by its rays in an amazing display of colours. And I swear that from the ocean that separated us and the sun, the clouds looked like they were forming a stairway to heaven. Most beautiful scene I've ever witnessed, I'm atheist but it made my understand how a person without any knowledge of the science that underlies the phenomenon can and indeed almost must believe in a benevolent higher power when seeing something like that. Ahh the world.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Love.. hehe. But apart from that I think that I could teach people about philosophy and science. A gift that my weird ass Waldorf school gave us, a gift that never stops giving. :)
