About Me

Born and raised in Denmark to Persian parents. I have a background in engineering, specifically Robotics & AI. I am an entrepreneur and have founded two greentech companies. My personal ambition is to leave the world in a better place than I found it.

Recently left my position as CEO of the last company I founded. Taking a break by traveling through Europe on Interrail.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that strangers are friends you have yet to meet.

I want to connect with people around the world, share stories, perspectives and maybe a meal. I am looking to find and chat with interesting people with a different background and worldview than me.

To really experience a country I believe that speaking with, hanging out, and getting to know locals makes it an extraordinary and unforgettable venture. Doing something, that you have done a million times, but with a new person, makes that experience feel fresh again.

If you are nearby and want to meet up, I am happy to connect! :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music. Classical, Jazz, some Pop, and recently getting really into R&B.

I am a big cinephile and love to discuss movies. Love most movies from Nolan, Tarantino, Spielberg and Scorsese. Currently "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain" is my favourite.

I like to read non-fiction and sci-fi. Some of my favourites are;

Less is More
Humankind
Moral Ambition

Thinking Fast and Slow

1984
Dune
Foundation
Brave New World
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to share an experience - going out, seeing something new, having a deep conversation.

Cooking is my love language (likely have that from my Persian mom), so would love an opportunity to cook for someone.

I would love to practice speaking Spanish with someone.
