About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to go to as many places possible and meeting new people!

ABOUT ME

Hi I am Phil. Yes I am a girl!
I am 27 in October and currently on a woldtrip. I've worked at a summercamp in NY for 3 years.
Back home I've studied vocals and worked as a vocal teacher and performer for 8 years.
Now it's time for a change and I wanna experience the world!
I have no time limit and would just love to make a lot of new friends, but I am on a budget, so a place to sleep for free would come in handy.

Hobbies:
Driving a car and go on roadtrips, cooking, baking, reading, scuba diving, singing and MUSIC (of course). I just recently found out that I like the outdoors aswell, so I am exploring that.

I love the smell of clean clothes and learning new languages.

PHILOSOPHY

SING as though no one can hear you...
DANCE as though no one is watching you...
LOVE as though you have never been hurt before...
LIVE as though heaven is on earth...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new, so I don't know yet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met Jonathon from Nashville as a couchsurfing host, when he hosted some of my travel friends.
When he came to the Netherlands he stayed with me and that's when he got me thinking about being a couchsurfer myself.

I love the idea of getting to know the locals of a town/city and getting the ins and outs about a place instead of walking around like a tourist all the time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow, what a question.
I loved getting my Paddy in Curacao. Seeing the fjords in Norway,
Seeing the waterfalls in Croatia and driving a long the coast.
Experience all the music in New Orleans and Nashville.
The underground tour in Seattle was pretty funny.
My first hike in Yosemite park
Driving route 1 and 101 all by myself from San Fran to Seattle....
Hmmm Hawaii... where do I start, surfing, scubadiving, just the beaches... loved loved loved it....

I organised a big concert for the camp that I worked for and raised a lot of money to buy new instruments. That was pretty amazing...

And yeah, there's just so much...
