Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a single mother on a teacher salary with no stable income in the summer months. My parents are from the West of Ireland and would take us there in the summers. To me summer is always about getting away, connecting with your "old" self, your true self, that must often be tucked away when working. I love traveling and meeting new people and learning from them and immersing myself in diverse cultures and languages, and want to expose my daughtmer to this, without any monetary obstacles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being at the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. Attending a gypsy birthday party in Sardinia. Being a guest in the home of royalty aristocrats in India. And 4 years ago I had my precious baby girl, which has been my single greatest accomplisment.
