Overview
About Me
I was born and raised in Brazil but have lived in the US for 40 years. Most of those years I have lived in the Dallas area. I’ve been living overseas for 3 years. Currently, I’ve been teaching in China.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel, share my culture and learn about other cultures! I'm now able to travel more and would like to mingle with local people and really learn about their culture.
Interests
I love to travel! I also enjoy cooking and entertaining friends and family, movies, happy hours, wine tasting, concerts, cultural events and anything fun! Love the beach and anything that has to do with the sea and sun.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a diverse taste in music. It really depends on the place and what I'm doing.
Movies: comedy, romantic (aka chick flicks!), action, suspense and mystery. Do not like horror movies, and will tolerate some sci-fi movies.
I like books by Mitch Albom and books based on real/actual events or people.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I came to the USA years ago knowing very little English. I'm now a teacher! Pretty amazing to me, don't you think?
