COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

yes I have done couchsurfing in Senegal, kenya, marocco and Mali...soo nice!!

there has also been really nice guest witch came to visit me in Sweden.

兴趣

I’m very interested in peoples Mental and physical health, I believe the body is our temple to take care of, so I’m curious in everything that has to do with health, herbal medicine, alternative medicin, massage, yoga, psycology an so on.. I love training and most kind of physical activitets, jogging, football, volleyball swimming, cycling, climing, dancing- African Dance, salsa, oriental, dancehall - I just LOVE to move with music!
I enjoy spending time in nature and my garden, I try to learn more about ecological cultivation, my mission is to become self-contaned.
I love music and one of the best thing I know is trance parties in nature.

音乐、电影和书籍

A lot of reggae sound in my home, but also alot of world music: African music, french and spanish hiphop so cool! Indian music, badjans, electronic music, trance music. all kind of music as long as its nice, either meditative or with a nice dance rhythm.

Books that I can recommend is: “The power of now” By Eckhart Tolle, “The way of the peaceful Warrior” By Dan Millman, “Conversation with god” by Neale Donald Walsch, “Happy yoga” by Steve Ross, James Redfields books are wounderful! and of course, maybe my favourite writer: Paulo Coelho.
