ABOUT ME

I'm 38 years old. My dog Sophie is like a child to me, i take her everywhere i go..:)
I'm a group fitness trainer and a Physical Therapist. i love to explore the human body - it's fascinating to me !!!
I love to travel. New York is one of my favorite cities...i'm a little Manhattan addict - i admit...
As a trainer and a therapist i meet different people every day. i love interacting with people ,learning something from everyone. i also feel i have a lot to give and to teach, that's why i love my job so much!!
I'm an animal lover and a vegetarian. i took Sophie from a dog shelter 10 years ago, and that was one of my best decisions in life.
In my free time i like to hang out with my friends but i can also enjoy a quiet evening in my apartment. i admit that cleaning and organizing are also stuff i enjoy (kinda like Monica from "Friends") but i'm not at all neurotic i promise, and my house is always clean so that's an advantage right....?
I like listening to good music, singing, playing the piano.
I love indoor sports mostly kickboxing and High intensity workouts.
I love to laugh and adore sarcasm :)
I love to listen to people and i've being often told that I can give some good advises :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was hosted by a great guy in Rome, Italy - that was a great experience...
I hosted 3 different people in my apartment in Haifa and that was also nice and enriching...
I met travelers for coffee, beer, breakfast.
