I am an Indian cinematographer pursuing my masters in Portugal and Estonia. I’ve always loved the process of traveling and exploring a new place. I believe that whenever we learn something new, we learn something new about ourselves as well. And this belief drives my passion towards travel.
I’m a crazily calm person who likes to chill, go with the flow, listen to people’s stories and share some of mine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve recently realised the (personal) significance of travel in my life and I think Couchsurfing is the best way to see a new place like a local, meet new people with mutual interests (who I might not have met instead). I believe that the Couchsurfing experience gives us (both surfers and hosts) an opportunity to question and think about the judgements and prejudices that we might have on various places, people or cultures and understand we are all not that different as humans, we are probably just diverse. Also in my opinion, learning from the locals is the best way to discover a new place.
