I'm 24 and I've got grey hair! I'm a masters student in occupational therapy at the University of Cape Town, hopefully graduating next year. I enjoy eating and dining out. I love mountain biking and hiking although I haven't done as much this year. My dream is to own a nice cabin by the beach in my favourite place in the world, coffee bay, eastern cape. That's where I learnt mountain yoga, surfing and extreme driving skills.

I'm an avid reader and I recently discovered The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and man, excited especially having read it after I finished all of CS lewis's collection. I mostly read anything that catches my eye, just as I listen to mostly everything. But I do have favourites of course - Ludovico Einaudi, The XX, London grammar, Deep Forest.

Haha I'm still learning to dance - it's quite an art. Oh I'm also learning French, so I can hear conversation here and there. Hoping to master it next year, ok maybe that's a little bit too ambitious.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Last year I went on a 5 week solo road trip across South Africa, along the way I met awesome people from all over the world - Israel, UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Argentina, Italy and Spain. I decided to change my plans and stick with them, I showed them parts of this country that they would have never seen and taught them a little more about our different cultures and languages - all our lives were never the same again. We are nowe very close friends. I want that from other people across the world.

I've done the world's highest commercial bungee jump at the bloukrans bridge and still went kloofing for 3 hours immediately afterwards
